Return & Refund Policy

If you're not content with your purchase, we'll handle your return or exchange request as long as you get in touch with us within 30 days of the item arriving. After 30 days, requests won't be fulfilled. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the best course of action.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • We won't accept returns of anything made without permission.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All products must be undamaged or unopened, unused, in their original packing, and in the same state as when they were delivered to you. Also required is the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must select a delivery option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Policies

Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.

After you receive an item, it must be returned within 30 days. Every item needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. Customers are required to utilize a shipping method that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Non-returnable items:

Sale items and product damage/loss caused by the consumer are unfortunately not returnable.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.

Refunds

We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and processed. Additionally, you will receive notification from us on whether to approve or deny your refund.

Within two to three days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

General Return Process

  • Start the return process: For further information, send us an email at [email protected] provide images and/or videos of the merchandise together with your order number. In little more than three business days, our customer support team will ascertain whether your return request is eligible.
  • Return the item: We'll give you the return address and shipping instructions for your parcel if your return is approved. It should be noted that returns of unapproved items will not be accepted. We won't be held accountable for lost returns or exchanges, so we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
  • Return/exchange policy: Upon receipt of your return/exchange, we will examine the item within three to five business days and, if necessary, replace the item or grant a refund.

Costs

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
